i’m not responsible for any mistakes that are made on the client's part over the course of the transaction.

i will only accept USD as payment. you, the client, are responsible for making currency conversions.

cancellations can only be done before the order is paid. Due to PayPal's fees in my country, all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I'm personally unable to finish your order. In that case, I will personally come to you to provide a full or partial refund depending on the progress of your commission.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

my art can NOT be involved with NFT / AI of any sort.

you are not allowed to edit, trace or modify my work.

i reserve the rights to post commissioned artwork and work in progress to my social media for promotional purposes and use the artwork in my portfolio, unless your request includes an nondisclosure agreements (NDA)

I reserve the right to delete or remove any public commission from my socials or portfolio, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

i reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations.

once the sketch is approved, neither the composition nor the poses or characters can be changed.

i will send you wips after each step (sketch → lineart → colors) unless you require a SKEB with no revisions/communication.

changes during the render phase can have additional fees. minor changes such as color adjustment are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second commission order.

TURNAROUND TIME: requires 2 weeks to 1-4 months, starting from the day the payment is made. The time varies according to the commission type, complexity and artist’s queue/workload.

Rush fees and deadlines can be discussed.

My more complex artworks usually take over 30 hours to complete so, please, only start a request if you understand that this kind of work can't be rushed without extra fees.

You, the client, will be informed of any circumstances that may delay my progress on your commission and receive access to my trello board where you can follow my progress and queue.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my portfolio and the illustration you will receive.

I’m not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished commission if no feedback was given to amend it.

You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
